HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Package of small elastics
• Comb
• Blinger

HOW TO:

1. Comb hair so there are no tangles
2. Divide hair into 2 sections
3. Starting at the top grab a small section with your comb
4. Wrap hair with an elastic
5. Go to next section, wrap hair in elastic
6. Pull through top section into section below it
7. Keep going until you get to the last section
8. Now pull it apart!
9. Do the other side the same
10. Add jewel stickers for extra flair!
