DISNEY PIXAR ONWARD REVIEW
Hi Everybody!
Tonight we attended an advanced screening of Disney and Pixar’s newest firm, Onward. Pixar creates some majorly amazing films. Before even watching it you can be certain it will be a hit. Here is my 2020 DISNEY PIXAR ONWARD REVIEW…
Set in a suburban fantasy world, two teenage elf brothers, Ian and Barley Lightfoot, go on an journey to discover if there is still a little magic left out there in order to spend one last day with their father, who died when they were too young to remember him.
I had no expectations going into the movie. There was no previous adaption and it seemed like a completely new idea based on the preview. The plot focuses on two brothers, which is a new theme for Pixar.
My daughter Lila has been referring to it as the “blue elves” movie since we saw a sneak at their toy production at Mattel Design Studio last fall. Aside from the preview we had no idea what to expect.
Both my husband and I are huge fans of Chris Pratt. Knowing he was leading in the film along side Tom Holland and Julia Louis-Dreyfus we were sure it was going to be a hit!
My daughter (age 5) reviewed the movie as “silly” and that it “made her laugh.” It is a great film for the whole family that will sure to give you laughs along the way.
Disney and Pixar’s Onward will be released into theaters on MARCH 6, 2020
